Is a 3 mm difference worth a chin implant revision or should I hold off for now and just get a rhinoplasty? 1 year po (photos)

Hi! I think you could consider both options (doing both the rhino and chin). 3mm is actually a pretty big difference when it comes to the area like the chin (if you look at the implants, you'll see that from size to size, it really only changes a very small amount). I think you could definitely handle more chin if you desire. I would consider doing that at the same time with the rhino too because that will allow the surgeon to match the nose to your "new facial skeleton". I assume you're planning to get your nasal projection (how far it sticks out from your face) down, so by doing this alone, it will give the illusion that the chin is not quite as small, but I'm not sure how much your rhinoplasty surgeon is planning to take your nose back. This is why these procedures are often done together, esp if you are dissatisfied with both elements, because they play off one another. Good luck!
