I had chin implant a year ago and I’m not happy with the results the doctor gave me 0.6 cm of projection with EAC-L by implantech so now I’m considering doing the surgery again with rhinoplasty but the largest available size of implants is 0.9 CM which is 3 mm difference Is it worth it to do it now with the rhinoplasty or I should wait and see another doctor for the chin implant and just do the rhinoplasty for now

If you are not happy with the results, I would recommend removing the implant and placing a different implant or going with a sliding genioplasty so that your natural chin moves forward.
