Migration and malposition are 2 common problems with chin implant placement. In your post-op photo, your head is slightly elevated but the position of the implant looks high. I would recommend a CT scan to evaluate the position of the implant. If the implant is not in the correct position it can be re-positioned. I use small bone screws to ensure that the implant does not move. There is no need to wait any longer to get the position of the implant evaluated.
