Terino Square Chin Implant vs Vertical Lengthening Implant?

I spoke with a surgeon today and he said the size LARGE Terino Chin Implant can provide the same vertical height as the Vertical Lengthening Chin Implant (Implantech). Is this true? and how can I see how much vertical height a chin implant can give when looking at the sizing on their website? I'm ideally looking for around 8mm vertical length and 10mm in horizontal projection. I know genioplasty would probably be best but what would the best implant be for these measurements? Thank you

Chin implants are excellent for advancing horizontal chin projection but are extremely limited for adding true length. There are muscle attachments at the bottom of the chin which limit the placement of the implant (doesn't matter which one). In order to achieve true vertical lengthening, I recommend a lengthening genioplasty. The chin can then be lengthened up to 10 mm if needed. In addition, simultaneous advancement can be achieved. This will provide the most natural result.
