Botched chin implant - it's been two years - what can I do? (Photo)

Granted it was my fault. I was young, dumb, stupid. Now it's been over a year now and not a single day goes by where I don't regret it. He utterly botched my mentalis muscle such that I can NO LONGER close my mouth without an "orange peel" forming every time I do. Treatment options range from ludicrously expensive to non-permanent. Is there nothing I can do now? I wish I had my old chin back.
