I'm only 5 days post op and ofcourse it is too soon to tell how my breast will end up looking months from now but I'm just wondering if this seems normally high and if you've seen cases where breast look this high and end up nicely dropped.
Answer: Breast implants nope, not too high they will drop down at least an inch over the next month and you will love them!

Answer: Time You are only 5 days out from surgery. They simply need time to drop. The implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter and skin elasticity. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Are my implants too hight Your breasts will change so much in the next three months it is really too soon to tell if they are mal-positioned. If you go to my website and look at the early before and after photos you will have some idea about implant progression over the first three to six months.

Answer: Too Big Hello,Implants are in perfect position in the vertical vector, but you were just not a candidate for such large implants in the first place. Your nipple to fold distance under stretch prior to surgery would have guided your surgeon in determining your anatomic capacity, which was clearly exceeded. Time will improve things, but your nipples will always be relatively low on the mound. Best of luck!

Answer: Implants high? Your results look very typical at this point and your breast shape, as well as implant position will definitely change over time. Follow your doctor's post-op protocol and I'm sure you will be fine and love the outcome in 2-3 months.
