To offer recommendations for  "the look you've always wanted,"  one must first know what that look is.  Changes you desire aren't specified, and the subject (your face) is important enough that it may be irresponsible to advise changes without first understanding who you are and what you need the changes to accomplish for you.Personal consultation, in my opinion, is recommended.

I agree that you are a good candidate for rhinoplasty.  I would lower the bridge and refine your nasal tip.  Your other facial features are really nice so after a rhinoplasty, your face will look great.

be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. I would recommend seeing an experienced Board
Certified Facial Plastic or Plastic Surgeon who will be able to have a consultation with you and
discuss realistic outcomes based on your expectations. It is important that you
and your surgeon agree on the desired outcome before surgery. With regards to
the “flat face”, you may consider having a consultation for injectable fillers to
restore volume. 

Options are nose reshaping (rhinoplasty), volume enhancement over the upper cheeks using fat transfer or fillers, possibly buccal fat removal to enhance the balance between the mid and lower face, chin liposculpting, and possibly a chin implant.  These are just suggestions and it's not all or none.  One at at time it totally acceptable.  Rhinoplasty is probably the number one procedure for you.  

Your nose has a small dorsal hump, and the tip it is a little wide. You can benefit from a rhinoplasty. You need to have a consultation to explain what will be your goals, what is your idea nose and if this can be achieved. A computer imaging software can be very helpful to show you how your nose may look like after the surgery and this will be important for you, so you can take a better decision about having the surgery or not. Please consult with a board certified Plastic Surgeon or Facial Plastic Surgeon to get a proper evaluation of your case.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, it is possible to perform a tip narrowing and refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts can also be performed to improve the tip refinement.  Your surgeon can also perform a conservative dorsal hump reduction for a natural appearing result.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result.  A  rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish decreasing the projection of the nose, shaving down the dorsal hump, and narrowing the tip. In addition, the hanging columella can be reduced. For many examples, please see the link and the video below

Every nose is different and unique to
that individual. If the appearance of your nose concerns you enough to do
something about it, it can be improved with a natural artistically performed
rhinoplasty. What would be the best options and exact procedures for improvement of the nose and face would depend on
an examination and discussion about desired outcome.
Keep in mind that following advice from a
surgeon on this or any other website who proposes to tell you exactly what
to do based on two dimensional photos without examining you, physically feeling
your tissue, assessing your desired outcome, taking a full medical history and
discussing the pros and cons of the operative procedure would not be in your
best interest. Natural appearing results need to be individualized and what is
appropriate for one patient is not necessarily the best for someone else. I
would suggest that you find a surgeon with extensive rhinoplasty experience
certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and one who is ideally a
member of The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). If
you live outside of the United
States, the surgeon should ideally be a member of the International Society of
Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) that you
trust and are comfortable with. You should discuss your concerns with that
surgeon in person.
