Rhinoplasty commonly addresses undesirable nasal bone contours, from increased width to a prominent dorsal hump. I would recommend a thorough nasal exam from a plastic surgeon with experience in both aesthetic and functional surgery of the nose. It would be important to rule out any obstructive pathology and then subsequently develop a plan to treat your cosmetic concerns. Nasal bone osteotomies (bony cuts) are often utilized to change the shape of the bones. 

Wide distance between the nose bones is one the main indications for rhinoplasty and requires more experience to produce smooth and natural outline for the nose. The surgeon often has to remove a small wedge of bone between the septum and the nose bones to allow moving the bones in.Good Luck

The nasal bones can bow laterally for a number of reasons - genetics, trauma, or even from endonasal growth of polyps or prolonged severe nasal obstruction.  The only way to determine what is appropriate for you is to undergo a consultation and comprehensive nasal exam with a board certified nasal surgeon, preferably a facial plastic surgeon.  Osteotomies (a cut in the nasal bone) are designed to address this width and help provide improved aesthetic lines and symmetry to the nasal framework.
