I had rhinoplasty to remove a hump on my nose. I am now considering a revision as I feel the nose it too short and the radix is too high. I am happy with it from the front, it's just the profile I am unsure about. Is this in my head or are these actual issues? Please can a professional advise?

At this VERY early postop time frame (3 WEEKS!) you need a degree of patience. If after 6 months still with these issues best to consider revision.....
