Is FaceTite an effective procedure to treat a double chin and poorly defined jawline?

I have a double chin and a very poorly defined jawline. I've been told that the FaceTite procedure will work well on me, however, I have doubts as to its supposed effectiveness. Liposuction may be a more invasive procedure, but won't it produce better results?

For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. Thanks for your question.  Factite is a device that uses radiofrequency-based energies to tighten loose skin, get rid of subdermal fat, and stimulate neocollagenesis, so the quick answer would be yes.  However, it would be important to know what device parameters and settings were used with your Facetite to see if you had a good treatment session with your original procedure.  Other factors to consider are your baseline skin characteristics- how much laxity, how much fat, overall skin tone, ethnicity, sun damage quality, etc. It is important to discuss your goals and expectations with a board-certified plastic surgeon.
