For a upward, fresh and more elegant looking I suggest you a midface lift and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. It looks that you would be a good candidate for lower blepharoplasty. Surgery is done through an incision placed inside the lower eyelid, orbicularis muscle and oblique ligamant (both responsable for tear through groove) relased from bone atrachements and small amount of fat above the crease transfered to fill the gap and correct appearance of the groove.
