I've always had one eye slightly higher than the other but it's seemingly more noticeable now along with the asymmetry. Is there anything that can be done to help? Thank you for your time.
Answer: Very subtle asymmetries are common and hard to overcome with surgery It is extremely common to have slight asymmetries when comparing sides of the face. In fact, everybody has them all over the body. In your case these differences are very subtle in the photographs and I would not look toward surgery to overcome them. Sometimes asymmetries are due to weakness of eyelid muscles. Sometimes they are due to differences in shape of the orbit (eye socket). In some cases, they are caused by differences in eyebrow position, causing us to open one eye more than another. An in person consultation would be necessary to understand the cause for any asymmetry, but given your youth, i would want to wait a few years to see if the asymmetry worsened before deciding on any surgical option!

Answer: How do you fix uneven eyes? Hello @ado4, thank you for your question. It’s important to remember that there will always be some degree of asymmetry present in most if not all individuals. That being said, if your uneven eyes are significantly noticeable or are causing you distress, there may be ways to help improve them. Non-surgical treatments or protocols can be used to improve some asymmetries. However, it is important to discuss all available treatments thoroughly before making any decisions about which one may be best suited for treating your individual case. Best wishes! Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Asymmetry of the eyes and orbits Level of asymmetry, based on presented photos, is within a normal range. It is minimal and no surgical procedure would correct it. Skillful make up would cover any noticaeable differences. Good luck.

Answer: We all have some degree of facial asymmetry. Yes you have facial asymmetry but is is very subtle. You would be making a terrible mistake searching for a "surgical" solution for something that no one else sees. Cosmetic surgery is so much about personal choices. However, then the issue is this subtle the risk of harm from cosmetic surgery is real. Here is the real question: How many hours a day to you spend thinking about this issue. There are people who really spend far too much time thing about these types of issues, they avoid interacting with others or even meeting work responsibilities because they are self-conscious about their "concern." This can be a psychological problem called body dysmorphic disorder. There is help for this. Psychologists work with people with body dysmorphic disorder to help them gain insight and control these intrusive thoughts.
