Like the title says, 2 months ago I got Thermi tight and micro lipo done and it left my neck looking awful. I still have to go back to the Doctor that did the treatment but he wants we to wait until a certain time frame- says i'm still healing. I have TWO QUESTIONS 1- do you think my neck will improve with time? because it hasnt budged in over 4 weeks 2- If it doesnt improve with time, what would be my neck step? PDO THREADS? FRAXEL? NECK LIFT? BOTOX? FILLERS? I do not go in public. Thanks
Answer: Treatment Options while Waiting for ThermiTight Results Thank you for your question and I understand your frustration over waiting for positive results after your treatment. However, ThermiTight stimulates a gradual process of collagen production that can take many months to complete. Most patients do not see a full result until six months after treatment and others may even have to wait longer than that. If you are still dissatisfied with your results when you hit the six-month mark, there are different options to consider. Collagen induction therapies like fractional laser and microneedling may be a good choice to boost more collagen production and rejuvenate the skin overall. Small amounts of Botox can also be used in the neck area to minimize the appearance of platysmal bands. Make sure you work with an experienced, board-certified dermatologist with the expertise to customize your treatment for the best possible results.

J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening 7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening 8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness 9. Answer: ThermiTight Neck Results Thank you for your question and pictures. It can take up to 6 months to see the results from a ThermiTight treatment, and I have had patients who have shown continued improvement for up to a year after the treatment. It appears you have separation of the platysma muscle of your neck on the photos. Though, ThermiTight might improve the appearance of platysmal bands by tightening the loose neck skin, the only way to get significant improvement is with surgery. I would recommend you continue close follow up with your treating physician. Ultimately, if you are not happy with your results then surgery may be your best option. Hope this helps.
