Is there any chance of long term damage after ThermiTite complications?

ThermiTight is definitely not a "no downtime" procedure. I tell my patients to plan for a week of significant swelling. However, the symptoms you describe are unusual and I would recommend you be evaluated by the physician who performed your procedure. Best wishes.

Swelling can be typical, but this sounds more than usual. I recommend following up with your Doctor. Keep in mind, non-invasive treatments like Thermitight will need to be combined with other treatments (vanquish, exilis) to get good outcomes. Best, Dr. Emer

Thermitight will always produce post procedure swelling. However, the amount can vary depending on amount of tumescent anaesthesia injected, inflammation produced post procedure and bruises if formed. In our setting, swelling usually vary from 3-7 days, but I usually recommend to not have any social commitment for 2 weeks. Your episode looks more than the usual sequelae. A physician consultation should be taken to rule out infections and bruising/ hematoma. Nevertheless, none of these sequelae should leave any long term effects.
