So I been getting the thermalift treatment, which I think is a radio frequency treatment but normally I know most places use gel but they used vitamin e oil with aloe vera. Is that safe and well I get better results?

ThermiLift uses a tiny probe to deliver radiofrequency energy into the deep layers of your skin to stimulate collagen production. Applying Vitamin E oil and aloe to your skin shouldn’t influence your results, one way or the other. Occasionally people develop an allergy to Vitamin E, so if you get irritated by the treatment, that is the likely culprit. Please find a board-certified dermatologist to perform skin tightening with ThermiLift for safest and best results.

If you have not had any adverse effects with your previous treatments than it should be ok. The  radiofrequency treatment is to  stimulate collagen remodeling to ultimately tighten the skin. I don't believe the Vitamen E and aloe  will enhance your results.Speak to your Physician if you have any questions or concerns.
