ThermiSmooth for under eyelid skin rejuvenation. Risks and benefits in dark skin patients?

40 yo Dark skin patient want to have tightening for under eye area that started to thin and show some fine lines. 1) does it affect tear trough fillers? 2) I heard stories of volum loss and eye dryness afterwards. Is this common or operator errors? 3) how many sessions and far apart to see improvement?

Thermi Smooth can be done for all skin types. When done by an experienced practitioner it is a very safe treatment. Fine lines can be substantially improved. It does not dissolve your filler. We recommend four sessions three weeks apart. Further sessions may be needed depending on your response. All The Best !

Thermismooth is suitable for any skin type and can be used to help tighten the under eye area. It will not affect fillers. Side effects are minimal and vary from patient to patient - consult with your doctor regarding possible side effects. The treatment amount depends upon the patient and an evaluation is necessary in order to determine the amount of sessions needed for your case. ThermiSmooth is safe for all skin types. When performed properly  there should be no volume loss. We have done hundereds of these treatments and have not had a single compliant of eye dryness. We recommend a series of 4-6 treatments spaced 2 weeks apart. Maintenance treatments are needed every 6 months. Make sure you are under the care of an experienced physician provider. Best wishes.
