Can my columella be easily fixed in your professional opinion, under local anesthesia possibly, is it safe or outcome unrealistic. I’m one year post/op rhinoplasty with extensive tip work. I really don’t want to have surgery again, everything else about my nose is beautiful but my nostril looks big and elongated. Quick fix? It’s only on one side too, but my nose is straight from the front. Is this worth bringing up to my surgeon?

A supra-tip break point always adds a feminine quality to the nose.  This combined with a columellar labial angle of more than 90 degrees.  It is best to bring in photos of what you would like your nose to look like after surgery to discuss with your plastic surgeon.
