Can my columella be easily fixed in your professional opinion, under local anesthesia possibly, is it safe or outcome unrealistic. I’m one year post/op rhinoplasty with extensive tip work. I really don’t want to have surgery again, everything else about my nose is beautiful but my nostril looks big and elongated. Quick fix? It’s only on one side too, but my nose is straight from the front. Is this worth bringing up to my surgeon?

The picture only shows slight hanging of the columella. This and most other minor revisions in this area can be done under local anesthesia if surgeon and patient agree. Nothing is too minaret discuss with your surgeon.
