Should I be concerned about a dip or bump on the left side my nose? 7 months post op (photos)

Question

Hello, i’m currently on 7months after the procedure and i really do like how the nose is looking. However only thing that i’m concerned about is that on the leftside i feel some type of ”dip” or ”bump” that makes the nose looks like it’s out of shape. It’s pretty minimal and i do not feel it on the otherside because right side feels perfectly smooth and straight. In my case the leftside was operated more according to surgeon but i’m interested to know is this normal? (I have circled the are)

The lower 1/3 of somebody's nose holds on to swelling for a complete year. Consider sitting tight for the next 5 to 6 months and see if this area is continuing to improve or not. It is swelling, it should get better on a regular basis. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. It is normal to still be swollen at seven months. I would recommend close follow up with your surgeon who can likely do some injections to help with this and who can evaluate you in person.

I would be curious if it was like that before surgery. In any event you have a good result and that is a minor imperfection that I would leave alone
