Question

nose job 6 months ago. Now after 6 months I have trouble breathing, through one nostril. I have contacted my surgeon and he is not taking me seriously. He says I don't have a collapsed nostril. I feel like they just wanted my money. My nostril closes when I inhale. At the front of the nostril and on the side of my nose tip slightly above the nostril, my nose skin folds inwards. While breathing in I hear a heavy and wheezing sound through my nose. Please let me know if this collapsed

As far as I can see from your photos this is a collapse and you should definitely have a revision operation, but first you need to have a detailed intranasal examination, it will be much easier to create a plan for you. The most important detail you should pay attention to before surgery is that your doctor is an expert in the field of ENT, which will prevent breathing problems you may experience in the future.

I would recommend a complete revision with rib autograft (self) or rib allograft (deceased donor). I would recommend finding a board certified (American Board of Plastic Surgery) plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty. This is a complex problem to fix and it will require a very dedicated and well-trained surgeon to fix.

It’s possible you have enlarged turbinates which would be obvious  in exam and us easy to treat with steroid injections. Get an opinion from an ear nose throat doctor

When there is significant collapse of the nostril margin with inspiration, that could be from external nasal valve weakness. In general, this is repaired with a lateral crural extension graft. If you feel like you are not receiving an adequate response from your surgeon, please consider getting a copy of your operative report, along with your preoperative photos, and consult with another reputable rhinoplasty specialist.
