From the photo provided, I can see the area you have alluded to. I would advise waiting 12 months. This gives the tissues chance to settle and remodel and any swelling to disperse. If the appearance is unchanged it may be corrected with filler or surgery to augment the area. Please make sure that you see your surgeon regularly during this time.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, this might not improve with time and may even worse. If you want to undergo a Revision, a fascial graft could be placed in that area to help improve the contour. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Nasal indentations after rhinoplasty surgery may be permanently filled with microdroplet Silikon-1000. It may be wise to wait until the majority of your swelling has resolved since indentations tend to get more pronounced with swelling resolution.

To make an assessment, we generally need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures.
If you don’t have before and after pictures then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
Most plastic surgeons will ask patients to wait 12 months before doing revisions After rhinoplasty.
Splints and pressure garments usually do not change plastic surgical outcomes.
Difficult to make an assessment out of context.
