Hi! Ideally, after paranasal augmentation, the nose becomes wider, more upturned and a bit more projected. If one were to have a rhinoplasty after healing completely from paranasal augmentation, would it be considered primary or secondary? Asking because the nose is not directly operated, but changes due to the paranasal augmentation, so I'm unsure about if it would be a primary or secondary rhinoplasty.
