What can I do for my breast lift open wound? (photos)

sassestacy
I had a breast lift 4 weeks ago (no implants). Both breasts started off with a scab on the "T" incisions, but the right one has rubbed off and is now open. I spoke with the nurse on Monday and she advised me to keep neosporn and a a bandage on it. It doesn't look any better yet. Is there anything more I should be doing to it? Should I air it out at all? I don't go back to the doctor for another 2 weeks and hate to bother him if there isn't anything else that needs to be done. No pain or fever.
