Can I sleep one night without a bra 9 weeks after breast lift?

Thank you for your question! For my patients having a breast lift, I recommend they wear any bra that is comfortable for them, but no underwire for the first 6 weeks post surgery. After that, they have no bra restrictions. Not wearing a bra for a night should not affect your results. I recommend discussing specific post operative instructions with your plastic surgeon. Hi Jjennjenn,Thank you for sharing your question with us,Keep in mind that every case is different, and your Surgeon will advise you, the timeline recommendations may vary slightly. He/she may advise you to wear your surgical or sports bra a little longer than other patient*s.
You should always default to your surgeons suggestions and feel free to ask questions if something seems unclear.

After six weeks, patients are free to wear a bra at night if they desire. Many patients who have selected large implants prefer a bra for comfort.
