Hello, i had a BBL on 3/12/18. Obviously my figure is much different than before my body was so "boxy" and now it looks a little more defined. My biggest concearn was my butt I wanted the most amount of fat they could fit in. With that being said they placed 1,350 ccs on each butt, and it's gone down dramatically I'm almost at what I started how is this possible if so much was put in can any explain if this is possible or did my surgeon lie about how much he put in? Thank you im advance.

Answer: BBL results Dear alexpenuelas,in most cases 30-40% of transferred fat is lost. Fat viability depends a lot of surgeon technique. The fat has to be placed back into the buttocks as soon as possible so that it has a greater chance of survival. It has to be placed carefully so that not too much fat is placed in only one area. If you have any concerns, I would suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon. Answer: RE: Hi, thank you for your question. When the BBL is made, a part of the placed fat is reabsorbed, approximately between 30 and 40% of fat. Sometimes you can even lose more or integrate almost the whole, it can vary in each patient. My recommendation is that you see your ps to see your evolution and guide you. Good luck.
