Fat transfer to buttocks pre-existing silicone injections, is it safe to do? How much is the costs?

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you are a great candidate for VASER HI Def Lipo of your torso 360 degrees, chest and arms to give you a masculine chiseled body. I would not inject fat into your buttocks in light of previous liquid silicone injections. This is a blind injection and if one injects fat into the silicone gel, that fat will not get vascularized and will necrose. You could end up with irregularities and even possible major infections. Patients who have had silicone and/or other non-FDA approved filler injections for body contouring (even without any manifestation of adverse effects) should consult with an experienced plastic surgeon to be evaluated and discuss their particular condition and potential risks for complications. An Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan may be necessary to determine the location of the injected material. The treatment varies from patient to patient, since no two cases are exactly the same.
