would the microdebrider cause similar levels of scar tissue formation as radiofrequency reduction or thermal reduction of inferior turbinates, I was thinking since the debride eat's tissue, leaving essentially a vaccum, in the event that the tissue grew back what exactly does the body replace the lost soft tissue with? how would the structure of this newly grown back tissue affect nerve regeneration if at all different from previous pre operative stromal tissue

Your photos show the expected degree of columella swelling often seen 2.5 weeks after rhinoplasty even if no tip work was performed. Stay relaxed as worrying will not help. Be sure to attend followup visits and use them as an opportunity to express any concerns to your treating surgeon.
The tip or dependent portion of the nose takes the longest for the swelling to resolve. It can take up to six months for all of the swelling to resolve and the tip to look smaller so I would give it time and follow up with your surgeon.
