In person exam is essential. Based on your photos and wish pics- the final result will depend on a lot of factors- such as your body's healing capacity, skin thickness etc. In the right hands - your nose can certainly be improved through a closed technique. Although every nose surgery is limited with patient's own anatomy and balance with other (facial) structures, patient desire for certain type, shape and size of nose is justified. I do think that you may end up with significantly smaller and up turned nose, within the limits of your anatomy and facial balance.
