Can a rhinoplasty improve my ability to smile if the anterior nasal spine is reshaped and bone removed? (Photo)

osubucks17
I currently am unable to show any teeth when i smile because it seems as though the anatomy of my anterior nasal bone prevents the middle of my upper lip from rising enough show my teeth. The left and right side of my lip will rise but not the middle at all. I can feel the bone protruding especially when feeling it from inside my mouth in front/above my upper teeth. I have a previous history of nasal trauma, which resulted in a mild deviated septum. When I pull my nose up and then try to lift my lip to show teeth, I am able to. These are shown in the pictures. Appreciate all feedback.
