The longer the incision the better the results to correct for skin irregularities. The tissue dissection will be done to the sternum and the skin would be redraped. I believe most of the irregularities can be corrected with a tummy tuck. Any subsequent irregularities may need to be corrected with further fat grafting but I firmly believe the majority of your skin irregularities left over from body tight and the fat grafting could be corrected with the tummy tuck.
