Which procedure should I get after weight loss? (Photo)

Thank you for your questions and photos. A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of the abdominal muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. You've had five consults, and I suppose it's worth leading with I'd trust five face to face encounters over me reviewing your selfie photos.
That being said, the oblique photo where you are pinching the side roll helps a lot...it's clear that you have excess skin and fat in the front, but there is also laxity along the sides, with fat excess in the back as well.
Based on the photos (and again, physical exam trumps photos every time), I would probably suggest a face-down start to a tummy tuck, to allow direct excision plus liposuction. Some people would call this a 360 tummy tuck, and some a body lift (since the superficial fascial system is tightened, which raises the buttock and tightens the outer thighs). I would then flip to face up to complete the tummy tuck, plus or minute rectus muscle plication if needed.
I'd suggest choosing the doctor you feel most comfortable with, and whose plan makes the most sense to fit with your goals.

In your case, the flaccidity is remarkable, so I recommend a circumferential abdominoplasty to improve the appearance of your buttocks as well or if your interest is the abdominal region, a classic abdominoplasty would give you excellent results to improve your frontal appearance. In relation to liposuction on your hips, rather I recommend a thigh lift which would greatly improve your hips. 

Hello @Mommyonamission05 thank you for your question and showing you pictures. It is important to take into account your expectations in order to make a complete surgical plan. Most likely because of the pregnancies not only the skin got lax but also an abdominal diastasis was generated, the latter must be solved with a muscular plication as well as take out excess of skin and relocation of the navel. You can also consider improving the shape and volume of the buttock. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeons for more information and recommendations. After analyzed your pictures your first recommendation is full tummy tuck with muscle repair and intense liposuction in your abdomen, waist and upper and lower back and also I recommend you the skin tightening treatment to stimulate the skin retraction ability like J-Plasma or PRP. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.

Since you have had such a large weight loss, you will probably need a circumferential lift. I would begin with the front first. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Then I would do the posterior incision and pull the two together and this will also help your buttocks. I would then consider doing fat transfers to your buttocks or breasts.

You will do best with a lower body lift. Liposuction of your outer thighs will make the relative skin excess worse without the lift.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a good candidate for a full tummy tuck, liposuction of the flanks and back (if you choose) and also liposuction of the outer thighs. The liposuction of the outer thighs should not create excess skin laxity. I hope this helps.

Those are all reasonable suggestions. I don’t see the need for the body lift. Certainly a tummy tuck would be first on the list. I don’t know what the difference between a standard and extended tummy tuck mean. They’re pretty much the same. I also agree with lipo of your thighs. Also much would depend on which surgeon you like the best and your budget. Just bear in mind that often after weight loss things need to be done in stages. So do first the thing that bothers you the most.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
