Thank you for your questions and photos. A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of the abdominal muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Brachioplasty will address extra fat & skin on upper arms. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. Best of luck! Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for these procedures but I would proceed in a staged manner. 360 Lipo, arm Lipo and BBL first then tummy tuck and arm lift 6 months later. I hope this helps.
Thank you for your question. I perform many BBL and tummy tuck combo procedures. However, if you're considering having a BBL and tummy tuck done individually, then it makes sense to do the tummy tuck first. Then 4- 5 months later, a BBL can be performed. The reason being that if you have significant excess skin and you get liposuction in that area, the area will look wrinkled, scarred, and irregular. Also doing significant liposuction on the abdomen and then having a tummy tuck later can predispose you to wound healing complications after the tummy tuck. All that said, you can combine the arm lift with either procedure. I would recommend getting a proper evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Hello! Thank you for sharing your doubts with us. In your case, I recommend having a tummy tuck and arm lift first, then in a second round liposuction and bbl, since the results will be more noticeable.
Thanks for the question. I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
I would begin with a tummy tuck and at the same time the arms can be done. After these have been completed, you can consider liposuction and fat transfers to the buttocks. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello @Karinita0679 thank you for your question and showing you pictures. It all depends on your expectation. You can improve the overall proportion of your body by including in your surgical plan a laser and vaser liposculpture. Improve the abdominal wall with a muscle plication procedure and lipectomy for excess skin in the abdomen. And a brancheoplasty that would improve the excess tissue in the arms. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS
I usually recommend doing first the procedure that you want the most and that will give you the best bang for the buck. In your case that is definitely the tummy tuck.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. All of those listed procedures are possibilities for you based on your goals.
Dear karinita0679,based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT and BBL. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
The specific procedure you should get after weight loss depends on various factors, including your individual goals, health, and body composition. Some common post-weight loss procedures include:1. Skin removal surgery: After significant weight loss, excess skin may be a concern. Procedures like...
You should go back to your surgeon to be checked. What you have may be internal fat and not related to your surgery.
Just based on two photos, the standard tummy tuck should do well for you. I cannot comment about your thighs since they were covered.
