Which procedure should I get first??
Answer: TummyTuck & Liposuction Thank you for your questions and photos. A tummy tuck will address excess skin & repair of the abdominal muscle. The abdominal wall can be weakened after pregnancy and (or) significant weight gain & loss. By repairing the muscle, not only does the appearance of your abdominal area improve, but your core strength as well. The repair of the muscle will cinch your waist like an inner corset, which will accentuate your curves. Liposuction will remove excess fat from unwanted areas with some skin retraction. Brachioplasty will address extra fat & skin on upper arms. Your expectations and health will dictate the best procedure(s) for you. I suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over the options that best address your goals. Best of luck! Answer: BBL, Tummy Tuck & Arm Lift Thank you for your question. I perform many BBL and tummy tuck combo procedures. However, if you're considering having a BBL and tummy tuck done individually, then it makes sense to do the tummy tuck first. Then 4- 5 months later, a BBL can be performed. The reason being that if you have significant excess skin and you get liposuction in that area, the area will look wrinkled, scarred, and irregular. Also doing significant liposuction on the abdomen and then having a tummy tuck later can predispose you to wound healing complications after the tummy tuck. All that said, you can combine the arm lift with either procedure. I would recommend getting a proper evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon. Answer: Tummy Tuck + Arm Lift Hello! Thank you for sharing your doubts with us. In your case, I recommend having a tummy tuck and arm lift first, then in a second round liposuction and bbl, since the results will be more noticeable.

Answer: Tummy tuck + liposuction and Brazilian Butt Lift Thanks for the question. I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Tummy tuck and arms then liposuction and fat transfers I would begin with a tummy tuck and at the same time the arms can be done. After these have been completed, you can consider liposuction and fat transfers to the buttocks. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
