What are my options for a BBL reduction/revision? Would my scars be worse? (Photo)

I had my bbl last summer I don’t like it very much. It’s not too bad but from the back it doesn’t really match my legs. My hamstrings are nonexistent and I have no fat there. I wish they blended the line between my butt and thigh a little bit better. I don’t like the “cuff.” How would a revision look? Would cool sculpting help? Yes, I have been working out.

This is an excellent question. You have a great result from your original BBL. However, if you are looking for a more subtle and natural result, you can have something known as a BBL revision or BBL reduction. In the procedure, liposuction will be done to finesse your gluteal aesthetics and your backside to give a more natural result, without the "cuff" or shelved appearance of your buttocks. In terms of how it will look, it depends on how much of a reduction you desire, so it is important to talk to your plastic surgeon to discuss your goals. Cool sculpting will not give you as good of results than a revision. Hope this helps!

Based on your pictures, you were an excellent candidate for Liposuction, and the indication, for the BBL was not as strong but adding fat, can accentuate the results, creating more hyper feminine figure.
Your pictures show an excellent outcome and clearly you chose a skilled provider. The Liposuction was done very well and the grafting appropriately without being too aggressive.
I suggest you consider, leaving good enough alone, and not have more surgical intervention.
Each time someone has surgery, things get more complicated, and normal anatomy is distorted. This means that predict ability is reduced in the chance of something not turning out to your liking or worse increases each time you have another round of surgery.
It’s a free world and patients end up doing what they do.
In my perspective, you should be grateful that you were able to find a talented provider who did a nice job for you.You should be grateful for that outcome, and leave good enough alone.
There’s no shortage of plastic surgeons happy to take your money and not for you revision surgery.
I suggest you stop while you’re ahead.
