First augmentation in 2006, 2nd in 2009 due to some problems, and 3rd in 2021. I'm a month out my ps said he wants to loosen up the tension under my breast crease and drop implant on my right breast (left in picture) and a mini lift on my left (right in picture) I'm not sure if I understand correctly, if he drops the implant , will cause a double bubble again? and what will be loosened up on my right breast (left picture).
Answer: Bottoming Out / The Original Internal Bra Good morning, You do have a moderate case of bottoming out on your left side. A mini lift is not the correct answer- it is a pocket problem not a skin problem. And I wouldn't touch your right side at all. I correct bottoming out with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique. I first developed this technique over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision procedure I perform, at least 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

Answer: Implants I would need to examine you to be certain, but based on your one photo, I would raise the lower implant. Dropping the other may give another double bubble.

Answer: Double bubble Dear S_mamaof3, though rare, some women who undergo breast augmentation will develop a minor deformity known as a “double bubble,” in which additional folds appear underneath the breasts due to the implant accidentally shifting or contracting post-surgery. In most cases, the implant simply slipped too far down the chest wall and traveled behind the breast inframammary crease (the area where the lower breast meets the chest), instead of moving forward to fill the breast cavity. If left untreated, the lopsided implant will form unnatural indentations, resulting in an odd “four-breast effect” rather than the full, rounded chest the patient initially desired. Answer: Revision breast augmentation Dear Momma of 3, Yours is a difficult case…4th procedure. Thus, better full frontal and 3/4 breast photos are essential. I dare to say that lowering your breast will solve your issues, but without a physical exam, I cannot be sure. I do feel that a periareolar (around the nipple) mastopexy (lift) is required. Either unilaterally or bilaterally to be determined. Go for a second opinion or even a third (sometimes May mix you up with so many options. Best wishes. Dr Taranow.
