Caucasian to Asian eyelid surgery - is it possible to make my double eyelid into a monolid? (Photo)

Im of mixed race. my father is from India and mother from Spain and I live in Spain. is it possible to make my double eyelid into monolid with any procedures and how much do they cost? attached photos for your reference. I would like to remove the crease or reduce it significantly and possble fat grafting to get the desired look maybe. any suggestion would be really helpful.
