I have a hole in my ear drum and was told by an ent it is too big to heal on its own. He wants to do tympanoplasty and repair it. Is it possible to combine the procedure with otoplasty? I have protruding ears and always wanted to get them pinned back. I was curious if two procedures can safely be combined for cost and recovery purposes. Thanks!
