What are you views on fillers for the chest/decolletage?

Hello. Thank you for your question. I have had great results using hyper-diluted Sculptra in the décolletage. This has worked really well for getting rid of lines and smoothing the tissue. Personally I would think that stimulating collagen in a very thin area would work better than injecting fillers.

You will probably find better results from lasers, peels, and similar treatments to improve the appearance of the decolletage. There are also specific medical grade skin care products available to address the skin in this area. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Dear Samlooks,That’s strange as it really depends on the condition of your chest wall. She has a point that Profhilo is unimpressive if there are marked lines and not enough is used, but I find it works in neck and décolletage in the right patient. I sometimes need to inject 2 syringes. It’s only 2mls and your chest is twice the surface area of your face, so that might be why she’s not getting impressive results?I love to use either hyperdilute radiesse x2-3 times for a longer result (9-12 mths). There’s also the possibility of Ellansé in that area, so you’ll need someone skilled in this. If you post photos here, you’ll get a more comprehensive answer?
