Curious as to which treatment would be most beneficial. I've had a 14 lb weight loss and stopped HRT.

For optimal results in treating perioral "smoker's lines" (aka "bar code" lines) each of the contributing factors should be treated. Microdroplets of Botox can be used to quiet overactivity of the underlying perioral muscles that lead to the formation of these lines (dynamic lines) . Cohesive softer fillers, such as Belotero Balance, can work well for elevating and smoothing those lines that have already etched into the skin and remain visible at rest. (static wrinkles).  A series of superficial peels and/ the use of injectable skin boosters (e.g. Restylane skinboosters) can then be used, if deemed necessary, for improving the general quality--i.e. color and texture-- of the skin of the region. Be cautious when offered expensive fraxel laser or radiofrequency treatments, since the marketing hype for these bells and whistles outstrips the actual science for their benefits. This is a very common area of concern for patients. Deep lines and wrinkles in the perioral region are sometimes known as "smokers lines" even though they're not typically from smoking! The best strategy is to use some form of dermal filler to fill the deepest lines and then treat the skin with resurfacing. Most commonly we use temporary dermal fillers, although fat transfer can also be used for filling the deep lines. Resurfacing technologies include either microneedling, chemical peels, CO2 laser or microdermabrasion. I'd suggest consultation with a provider who has experience in application of these treatments. You have several treatment options available to you, namely fillers such as Juvederm and Restylane, but also microneedling (with or without PRP or RF), as well as laser resurfacing, and skin tightening devices (e.g. Morpheus8).
