I have a flat face, a fat neck, and a droopy eyelid. How can I correct these? (Photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. While I cannot agree with your entire assessment, I do agree with some of the things you have pointed out. You do have some increased submental fullness and an under-projected chin which could easily be treated with a chin implant and neck liposuction. In addition, you might consider buccal fat pad removal to narrow your lower face. If you are concerned about the volume loss in the cheeks you could consider fat grafting or HA fillers as options. Make sure you are seeing a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. Hi I reviewed your photos. On straight on (frontal) view, your face is actually very symmetric when assessing your horizontal 1/3's and vertical 1/5's. You have a great hair line, nice eyebrow position, and good cheek structure that will keep you looking young for a long time. I see what you mean by your side profile view. You have something called chin retrusion (weak chin) which limits how sharp your neck and jaw line appears. This is easily corrected with a custom contoured chin implant. This can be done under local anesthesia in about 30 minutes and can make huge strides to refine your jaw line. Something to consider in your age range is to combine a chin augmentation with microliposuction underneath the jaw. This will remove any excess fullness and utilize the advantages of your young skin which will shrink wrap underneath your jaw/neck line.
