If you have had these since childhood, it is extremely unlikely that there is anything pathological going on. If it is a cosmetic concern to you, you can have fillers placed to temporarily fill in the "dents", or if you want to take care of the problem once and for all, you can have a fat transfer. Just be aware that a fat transfer can be permanent so you want to go to someone who has a lot of experience doing it.

I do not think this is of any health concern, It is not uncommon for individuals to have symmetric dents (concavities) on the forehead. This is usually related to the anatomic variations in the frontalis muscle. The frontalis is a broad, thin, vertically-oriented muscle that originate along the hairline an extends down the forehead inserting/attaching to the skin just above the eyebrows. Its purpose is to elevate the eyebrows. There is very little fat under the skin on the forehead which makes it easier to see contours under the skin. Neurotoxins can sometimes change forehead contours by temporarily immobilizing some parts of the frontalis while leaving other parts intact.
