I have McGhan implant in my left breast - I had to have it replace a PIP in about 2002. Both breasts are more flabby and more ripply (saline implants) and my left breast (with the McGhan) is sore to push on - no hardness, just a bruised feeling. I'm wondering if it could be from the valve. I was told they were put under the muscle. He went through the areola (bottom). Anyway, I wonder what I should do. It is uncomfortable.
