Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another.  See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for a Breast Augmentation.  Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.

In the photo posted, your breasts do not appear tuberous. Tuberous breasts have a constricted base with tissue bulging through the areola area.

You did not have a tuberous or constricted breast. The overall shape of the breasts is quite nice and a breast augmentation will yield the same shape with more volume.

   You do not have tuberous breasts.  There is nothing really wrong with your breasts and they have a good shape.  If you want them larger, that is easy enough to remedy.  Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast augmentations each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

There are a number of features that define a tuberous breast:


Wide and puffy areolae

widely spaced breastshigh breast fold



constricted lower pole (deficient tissue in lower half of the breast


 


minimal breast tissue

high breast fold

narrow base of the breast


These photos are not ideal, but I really see none of these finding, so I would not call these tuberous breasts. 

You do appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast augmentation, and the procedure is rather routine, unlike the situation with tuberous breasts.

Difficult to tell for sure based on the limited photographs,  whether you have tuberous breasts. Generally, some of the characteristics seen with tuberous breasts include a very narrow base, short distance from areola to inframammary fold, tight (constricted) lower pole of the breasts, relatively wide space between the breasts, "puffy" and areola and some degree of ptosis (drooping).  

Regardless, breast augmentation surgery may be a good operation for you, preferably when you have reached a long-term stable weight.

 When the time is right, seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons. Ask to see lots of examples of their work and communicate your goals clearly. You may find attached link helpful to you as you do your research.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos, you do not have a tuberous breast deformity. This deformity is characterised by small breast volume, a constricted breast base on your chest wall, a high breast fold and enlarged puffy areola. Your breast shape (except for volume match to your body) is good. 

Mild forms of tuberous breast can be corrected by a simple implant. More severe forms need each characteristic addressed by various techniques.

I would expect that a straightforward breast augmentation would meet your wishes.

I don't think you have tuberous or "constricted breasts". You may have the most subtle form of this condition but it would not affect the ability to perform breast augmentation with the expectation of a good outcome. Good luck

It does not look lik they are tuberous in the photo( which is not great quality). If you want larger breasts you will need implants.
