I'm 5'2, 105lbs, bmi 18.8, band measurement 27, breast fed 3 children. Previous cup size A wishing for a small D. Now I'm 3 wks post breast augmentation of 425cc high profile saline placed via TUBA. My breast look nice with great placement and are dropping nicely but im afraid I went with to small of an implant. When I measure my chest now I'm at 35inches. Will this measurement change? Will this give me a d or will I be a c cup?

Answer: Size changes after breast augmentation It really depends. I find that if you're breast tissue was loose and lax before the surgery, you may not see a lot of a change in volume. However, if you're chest was really tight, I sometimes see that as the breasts soften and settle, there is a volume re-distribution that occurs from the top of the implant to the bottom, and this can round out the bottom half of the breast giving it a larger appearance. Hope this was helpful.

Answer: It is not uncommon to experience these feelings as the swelling from surgery is diminishing. It is not uncommon to experience these feelings as the swelling from surgery is diminishing. The majority of swelling is typically gone between 3-6 weeks. Your cup size should not change dramatically at this point, without a physical examination it is impossible to tell for sure. At 3 weeks post op I would recommend to enjoy your new look for a few months and then reassess the size. All the Best.
