Will 550cc saline with mod plus profile look ok and give me enough fullness or should go 600cc Height:5'2 Weight:127lb Bra size:34C(uk)
Answer: Implant size for Breast augmentation Both are fairly large sized implants, and I find that 50cc at that level is almost not noticeable. When a patient of mine is debating between 2 sizes, both of which 'fit' her dimensionally, I usually recommend the larger of the two because its way more common to hear "I wish I went a little bigger" than "I went too big". I would go with what fits your body best in terms of measurements like breast width and implant diameter. Your PS can help with that. All the best.

Answer: 550cc or 600cc? Hi. A 50 cc difference in that size implant will hardly be noticeable. I would suggest you try on sizes to get a better idea of which way to go. Mentor makes a great sizing system which gives pretty accurate look of the eventual results. I am certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and have practiced in the"land of breast implants", Miami, for the past 29 years. I encourage you to look up the surgeon you eventually select and make sure they have years of experience in performing cosmetic breast surgery. Furthermore request to see before and after photos of previous patients by that doctor....not a clinic or surgery center. Do your homework......research and verify the doctor's credentials. Have they had problems with the Board of Medicine, disciplinary or otherwise. Any law suits? How about the center, clinic or facility? Are they accredited by a national organization or do they just have State approval. Understand that at the current time, there are three nationally recognized organizations responsible for the highest levels of patient safety, AAAASF, AAACH and JCHO. You owe it to yourself to position yourself for the best possible results but under the most stringent safety regulations, If you have kids, even more so.How about anesthesia? Will you have a medical doctor certified by the American Board of Anesthsiology or a certified nurse anesthetist (CRNA)? Understand that there is no substitute for research. Cosmetic surgery, no matter how simple it may be to the patients, are invasive procedures and as such carry certain risks and complications.I wish you the best on your journey. I hope that the info provided has been helpful. Should you require any further clarification, do not hesitate to contact our institute. I answer all questions personally, not through patient coordinators or other marketing individuals. In our office we use TouchMD which is a web based program in which patients have the ability to load their picture unto the program. I then evaluate them and can actually draw on the picture to show a potential patient where the incisions would be located and how the procedure is to be realized. It's all done to comply with HIPPA which is the federal law that protects the patient's medical information. Look them up. Good luck Dr PG

Answer: The additional 50cc between the 550cc and 600cc is minimal and will most likely go unnoticed. The additional 50cc between the 550cc and 600cc is minimal and will most likely go unnoticed. You should achieve fullness with either size. Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon to determine what you feel most comfortable with. All the Best.

Answer: 550cc or 600cc (Photo) This question is impossible to answer, not knowing your preoperative desires. Hopefully you and your surgeon have discussed your wishes/expectations adequately enough to allow him/her to be able to make this decision for you intraoperatively. In my practice, we keep a full complement of implant sizes available in our facility. This way, the best size fit for you can be determined with the use of intraoperatively-placed sizers. Photos provided by the patient that match her post-operative goals help guide me in sizer selection. The final implant size is then decided on based on sizer adjustment and comparing the patient to their "wish photos" (with sizers in place). It's always surprising to me how subtle a difference 50cc can make, and trying to guess this preoperatively, in my experience, can be fraught with error.Best of luck to you as you move forward with this exciting decision! If you must make a choice prior to surgery, I offer this: I have (almost) never had a patient wish they had "gone smaller" following breast augmentation!

Answer: Differences in breast implants sizing. 50cc is a minor difference in implant sizing. To give you an idea, a cup size is usually 200cc for most women. 550cc MP+ implants will give almost anyone very "full" breasts. Implants of that size at 5'2", 127lb will look fake and round. If that's the look you are going for, those implants will do it.
