I had surgery with Dr Platt in June and everything was phenomenal including the results. From consultation through to after care was top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon to undertake my surgery.

Honestly; he’s a miracle worker. After my 12 year old implants encapsulated dr platt was able to perform a full capsulectomy and mastoplecy and able to give me boobs I’m proud of again. They are so good I don’t even think I’ll get implants back in!

My experience with Mr Platt has been brilliant throughout my explant journey. I was very nervous about having my implants removed, Mr Platt was very reassuring, gave realistic expectations, made me aware with potential risks, explained everything in a way in which was very easy to understand and welcomed any questions I had.

Care both pre op and post op has been brilliant, at my last consultation Mr Platt reiterated if I had any concerns do not hesitate to get back in touch, which is very reassuring.

After considering the procedure for over 10 years. I finally decided to make an appointment. I used to dread holidays & bikini shopping. Nothing fitted right & I was always wearing push up bras and covering up. I was very self conscious. As soon as I met Alastair I felt completely at ease. He was knowledgeable and set realistic expectations of what could be achieved. Throughout my consultation there was no pressure to go ahead with procedure and I was informed of all risks to make an educated decision. I booked a follow up appointment with Alastair to try different sizes. I wore a 34B but I wanted a fuller cleavage my aim was to be a full C / small D cup. I was given options from 250cc 270cc and 300cc. I decided to go with Alastair’s recommendation of 270cc as I wanted to be as natural as possible but still feel like it had made a difference. I was given a cooling off period and decided to go with the procedure 6 months later during the winter to given me time to recover.

On the day of the operation everything ran smoothly and was very well organised. The staff were fantastic, kind & caring throughout. I was in and out of surgery quickly and efficiently with no complications. For someone who’s usually a very anxious person I was very calm on the day of surgery with no nerves. I was discharged a few hours later. I had no pain other than tightness and swelling around my arms. I gave my body full chance to recover by taking 2 weeks off work with plenty of rest. 3 weeks post op and I’m very happy with the results I’m currently measuring a 34DD, with minimal scarring and the look very natural. Alastair and his team have taken great care of me and I couldn’t be happier with how well everything has gone. I’m looking forward to the summer & I already feel 10x more confident.

From someone who has severe anxiety and is an over thinker, I was so worried what my surgery would consist of , however Mr Platt and his team were honestly the best people ever who assured and stood by me pre and post op, even now and it’s a month after surgery, I absolutely hated my nose ever since I can remember, hated my side profile yet thanks to Mr Platt I WANT people to look at my side profile, I love it so so much and couldn’t have asked for a friendly surgeon. If you are contemplating wether you should follow your procedure with Mr Platt DO IT ! He won’t let you down x

Exceptional experience from start to finish.
I am really pleased I chose Alastair as my surgeon.I felt that I had a good input into the decision, which was guided by his expertise.

I can see how easy it is to get carried away with the size of the implants but Alastair ensured I went with something that suited my figure, looked natural but big enough to make it worthwhile going through the process. I am now 3 weeks post op and can safely say these goals were met! I am over the moon with my results and I can't thank Alastair enough, not only is he lovely and professional but he did an exceptional job & I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Platte has made wonders to my body. I had never reconsiled with my postpartum body. I had an oval shaped saggy tummy with stretch marks that spread over my belly button. I visited Dr Platte many times before the surgery. I appreciate his insistence on me losing enough weight, as this paid off in the end. The result of the operation exceeded my expectations. I have finally got a flat tight tummy with contoured waist! My new belly button and the incesions are neatly tailored and healed nicely. I didn't experience any pain. I had pain killers for less than 10 days. This made getting up or lying back down easy. After 4 weeks, I was able to go back to my full-time job.

The treatment I have recieved so far is excellent. My scars are so neat and healing well. Mr Platt explained the procedure really well. Told me what can go wrong. (Which nothing has unto now) so you understand what the operation entails before you go ahead. The aftercare is also excellent from of course Mr Platt care and attention to the wonderful nurses especially Dawn and Karen. Any questionsyou may have or concerns they are on the end of the phone and will see you stright away. I would highly recommend Mr Platt if you are considering any work done. I would not hesitate to use him again if the need ever arose.
