What do my nipples sting at night after breast augmentation surgery?

Hello! I had a breast augmentation with silicone implants 10 weeks ago. Recently (past 2 weeks) I have been experiencing a severe stinging/burning sensation on my nipple and aereola that jolts me awake in the middle of the night. It is mainly the side that my surgeon said there was necrosis in the nipple, because black stuff was coming out of it after the surgery. I had no feeling in that side until now, Not sure if it is the effect of healing and now im not numb, I am starting to feel it?
