I'm looking to go up about 5 cup sizes at least a 32H after silicone implants. I am very petite only 115 lbs and never had children (and won't be having them). I'm wanting to be huge and I like the fake stripper look. Think a Pam Anderson look. But I don't want to risk bottoming out or deformities. I'm currently a natural 32DDD and my breast measurement of 12 cm. I wanted to know if I could go to 600 or 700 cc and if that would take me to the size I'm after

Answer: Implant size and type Dear Blondebrabuster, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals. Answer: Large breast implants Hi. Thank you for your question. The larger the breast implant you choose, the larger the size you will become. But, over time, larger breast implants are heavier and can create more sagging than smaller implants. Sometimes, there is a limit to how large an implant can fit during a breast augmentation. If you reach the maximum stretch of your tissues but still are unhappy about the size, then sometimes a second surgery is necessary to go larger after the muscles and tissues have stretched and relaxed. It would be best for you to have an in person consultation so that you can better understand what size and outcome are realistic. That way you can see if that will match what your goals are. Hope that helps. Best of luck!
