Hi, I really want natural but full breasts. I'm wondering what size fits me better? Is 345cc moderate gonna look bigger or 385cc full profile? I really don't like my boobs to look like two balls that are far away from each other. Is full profile gonna look fake for me? I appreciate it if you could answer my question. Thank you!

The breasts do not have exact borders so the surgeon who estimated your BWD will presumably also have done an assessment of your skin tone, tissue thickness and breast shape, which all impact on your breast implant selection. In general moderate profile implants are less projecting from the chest than full profile, assuming the implants you are comparing are a similar size.

The varying profiles among implants means that same amount of volume will create a different look in a moderate profile implant as opposed to a high profile implant. None of the modalities to approximate final results from breast implants are 100% accurate; they merely facilitate the patient and the board certified PS concurring on the size and type of breast implant which will come the closest to reaching the patient's goal. My patients prefer to try on sizers under garments they typically wear to determine if they fit as expected and help allay some of their trepidation associated with this decision. There is not a lot of difference between the 345cc and 385cc in overall result.
