Wondering if it’s possible to go from 32B to a full 32D silicone high profile round shaped implants. I put on 3 extra padded bras and measured 36” around the bust before bras was 31” around the bust and my original under bust 29”. This is front and side with no bra on and this is front and side after the bras. Does my body look proportional?
Answer: Size Selection Good evening! There is no reason you can't go from a B to a D at 4'11". I have a number of patients under 5' with large implants and they love them!

Answer: 32D might be possible I recommend an in person evaluation by a plastic surgeon to be measured and discuss your goals. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of former patients with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants. My patients tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size breast implant is right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the implants have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: It possible for a woman that’s 4’11 and a small 32B to go from 32B to full 32D silicone implants? (photos) Breast implant size has nothing to do with bra cup size - which varies with each bra manufacturer. The average implant volume placed in the US is 350 cc. A very general estimate is that one cup size is 150 to 200 cc of volume, but realize that no direct correlation exists between the two. Your board certified plastic surgeon will be able to guide you to the correct size implant. Based upon measurements of your chest wall and breast imprint width as well as knowledge of all breast implant sizes and profiles should make this process easy. Try on a profile bra with various silicone cc sizers your PS recommends under a tailored blouse, tank top, bikini, workout clothes, and other garments you typically wear so that you have the best idea of whether the garments fit as desired with the implant selected. Select the size that boosts your self-esteem, and fits your anatomy. Choosing an implant based on an aesthetic goal that exceeds your anatomic capacity may lead to complications and possibly revision.

Answer: Is it possible for a woman that’s 4’11 and a small 32B to go from 32B to full 32D silicone implants? (photos) Absolutely. You need to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon and have "sizers" placed in a bra in front of a mirror with a T-shirt and see what size you like. Your plastic surgeon will determine the profile of the implant from your chest measurements. Make sure your plastic surgeon knows exactly what your goals are. Best of luck.
