I had a rhinoplasty but left my nostrils untouched, I still feel like my nose seems large due to my small eyes. I took pictures of my nose at rest and then while “flaring” my nostrils down if that makes sense. I am wondering if undergoing alarplasty would suit my face, and if the result I show in pictures is even attainable considering it isn’t photoshop but rather just me taking pictures while “flaring down” my nostrils.

It's difficult to project what you would consider as a "perfect" endpoint. You do have a tad amount of excess nostril show, but I don't think that narrowing the nostrils via an alarplasty is the answer. I would suggest lowering the nostril rims slightly, and maybe even adding rims grafts...
