I had a rhinoplasty dorsal hump removal and alarplasty nine years ago. right nostril is higher and wider and the whole right side is more bulbous/wonky somehow. What would a surgeon recommend here for a more symmetrical/better looking nose?

It appears from the few posted photos that your nose is "bottom heavy". It would be interesting to see what you started with. Many times a hump reduction, with or without infracturing, will reduce some of the support to the overlying skin/soft tissue envelope. This results in laxity transferred...

What you have is not alar flaring, but alar retraction with columellar show on the one side. This may be a consequence of prior rhinoplasty?, or could be natural anatomy. Is there some missing history? Correction of retracted ala can be performed with cartilage grafts. Good luck!
