It's difficult to project what you would consider as a "perfect" endpoint. You do have a tad amount of excess nostril show, but I don't think that narrowing the nostrils via an alarplasty is the answer. I would suggest lowering the nostril rims slightly, and maybe even adding rims grafts Creating a slightly more aesthetic tip with a small graft is also a consideration.

Nasal tip plasty and chin augmentation: in the photos you present, your chin appears very weak. If you are afraid of a chin implant, you may wish to consider some long acting filler to the chin. It is a much less invasive way to achieve a stronger profile regarding your chin nonsurgically. As far as the tip and nostrils are concerned, your nostrils do not appear to be that wide and may not be appropriate for a nostril tuck. The tip can be refined, but it appears that your nose is somewhat short and upturned already. Care would have to be taken not to let the tip rotate up with any further during a Tip plasty otherwise your nose will become even shorter.

Tip-plasty and Alarplasty

You can have the lower half of the nose (tip and nostrils) addressed without breaking the nasal bones. Tip-plasty can address the bulbous tip either through closed or open approach to make it narrow and refined.
Alarplasty is a very fine and quick procedure that can narrow the nostrils and reduce the flare to soften the appearance. It has other names as well like ‘Weir Excisions’ or ‘Nostril Reduction’. However, it is important to note that asymmetry of nostrils is common and cannot be corrected with alarplasty.
Both of these can be done under local anethesia.
